Make sure your agent listens to your wants and needs as well as does their research when pricing your home. It is important to price your home correctly. Also exposure is the most important thing to get people through the door.

I have worked with sellers looking to downsize, relocate or to move into a bigger home for a growing family. I have worked with investors buying and selling homes. I have also represented first time home buyers.

A recent transaction I completed was a couple buying their first home ever together. They were stressed about their timeline and concerned they were not going to find the right one before Christmas. Finally the right one came around. We did our research and we wrote a competitive offer to win a multiple offer situation. The buyers were able to move in just in time to celebrate their first Christmas in their new Home Sweet Holmes.

I got started in real estate after teaching third grade for six years. I had my son and wanted more flexibility in my daily schedule but still had a want to help others. I always had an interest in real estate so it just made sense.

I am constantly continuing my education to find new ways to better service my clients. I also do a lot of networking to connect my clients to any contractors that may benefit them.
