    As a first time home buyer, you want Melissa on your side. She has helped me out tremendously on every step of the way and has been very attentive to detail with regards to my requirements/needs. Also, she's very transparent, she'll make sure to lay every fact on the table and ensure that the decisions you're taking are sound and thought through. She's open to any questions, regardless of how ridiculous or "silly" they might sound and she'll make sure to respond them in an expedient manner.
