We just closed on our first home yesterday and Tony has exceeded all of our expectations during the process. My boyfriend and I work odd hours and he was fantastic at accommodating, getting us into multiple showings last minute and was very responsive to our calls and messages, including evenings and weekends. Early in our home search, we encountered a very shady seller/realtor and Tony went above and beyond for us to reveal a hidden problem that would have cost us tens of thousands to fix had we went through with the purchase. We have always felt that Tony has had our best interests in mind and has been transparent and trustworthy. We were also extremely satisfied with his negotiating skills, he was able to have the sellers pay for our entire closing costs and help pay for an expensive tree removal which we didnt think was possible in todays sellers market. We have found ourselves a realtor for life in Tony, we would recommend him to everyone we know!
