ZillowVERIFIEDunprofessional , combative, and took funds out of our renta fundsl without justification and receipt. hired her to rent our home. she passed the job to her Assistant named Courtney who was only concerned with getting her part of deal. they lied about the state of the home. they did not do a walkthrough with the new tenants.. they were hired because I am out of state and they knew that.. why WOULDNT you be there with new tenants prior or before.. house sat for over a Month. new tenants unhappy with cleaning. I asked heather why they didn't do a walk through before them moving in so I can be Informed to get cleaners in. She said well it should have happen but did not, she said she will take care of it.. 4 days later she removes 450 fron my fee that I never approved and not in our contract..they make a mistake and did not want to take responsibility. I didn't mind paying for cleaning, however what kind of cleaning was done for 450 to clean a fridge and a shower? stay away from her is its not about the client it is clearly about the Dollar.

Heather is extremely busy, but I always felt like I was her only client. She helped me negotiate simultaneous closings in about six weeks, with little or no drama. ZillowVERIFIEDHeather came to my house and and walked around took notes my house is always very clean I'm a smoker but never smoke in the house she gave me a offer price and said it would sale in about two months she brought her guy to take pictures of my house they were great pictures put them on the internet and it sold in two days she's very professional and knows her stuff I got my full asking price so if need a realtor I think she's the best
