If you have the opportunity to work with Heather, take it! From day one she guided us easily through our home buying process. In addition to her wealth of real estate knowledge, she was available at any time for questions and provided us with fantastic resources to prepare for our purchase. She met with us on multiple occasions, often with little advance warning since we are from out of state, and went out of her way to help us even after the closing! Heather worked with us to negotiate a below list price for our purchase even in this COVID crazy market where it's almost unheard of. Add to that her amazing personality and you just can't go wrong! I'm (almost) sad our purchase is complete...we miss her.
