Heather Dimitrov

With over 16 years as an Ohio licensed agent, national NMLS and 7 state certified mortgage banker, and mortgage underwriting certifications, Heather understands all of the nuances of the business, from start to finish. Heather grew up in the building industry, and would hold opens, clean job sites, and guide customers through the process since about 12 years of age. Heather has earned her BA in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from Baldwin Wallace University. Heather has multiple real estate accreditations including EPro, New Construction, and At Home with Diversity. She holds several awards from OAR, NAR, and Howard Hanna for quality and sales achievements.
