I am a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker specializing in land and residential real estate. I began my real estate sales career in 2005. I became co-owner of a National franchise in 2008. Finally in 2015 found my place at Beverly-Hanks & Associate a locally owned real estate company. In February 2017 I was the Realtor host on an episode of Log Cabin Living that aired on HGTV as well as the Realtor host on Lakefront Bargain Hunters that aired on HGTV in April 2017. I truly enjoy the real estate field; helping buyers and sellers alike achieve their real estate goals. I have made wonderful friends through my real estate career.

Prior to entering the field of real estate sales, I assisted my husband Steve with his soil and residential development consulting firm for over 10 years. My prior experience assisting with land consultation projects has given me a full understanding of the development process and has enabled me to fully assist my clients when developing their land.

Originally from Knoxville, TN. I have been a resident of the Western North Carolina area for over 23 years. I live with my family and two Labradors in the mountains of WNC. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children outdoors, volunteering with my son's equestrian activities and hanging out with friends!
