As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) I focus on multifamily real estate, including income-generating properties such as duplexes, triplexes, and quadplexes, as well as development land for future multifamily projects throughout Central Florida and beyond. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to assist clients with land acquisitions for projects ranging from mid-sized communities in Orlando to large-scale developments in the Daytona Beach area. I also work with land intended for single-family subdivisions. My experience across these different project types allows me to see opportunities from both an investor's and a developer's perspective. Licensed since 2006, I bring nearly two decades of hands-on real estate experience to my work with Keller Williams. I serve a wide range of clients--from residential buyers and investors, including short-term and long-term rental properties near the Disney and theme park areas, to commercial clients across Florida. My work regularly spans commercial real estate, land and housing developments, multifamily assets, and small office properties. Each year, I'm involved in a high volume of transactions, and I pride myself on staying actively engaged with my clients from start to finish. Building long-term relationships is at the heart of how I work. A large portion of my business comes from referrals, off-market opportunities, and repeat clients who return to work with me again and again. I'm grateful to be recognized as a Top Producer within Keller Williams and as a consistent Top producer within the Osceola County Association of Realtors. I've also been active with the Asian Real Estate Association of America, including serving on the board for several years. I've had the privilege of working with professional athletes, investors, and entertainment clients, helping them identify valuable commercial real estate opportunities that align with their goals.
