I am Hassaan Alam, a Houston-based real estate consultant and CEO of The Alam Group, specializing in residential, commercial, and luxury real estate. With over 7 years of industry experience, I've closed $40M+ in real estate sales, delivered $25M+ in construction projects, and currently manage $20M+ in active listings. I hold certifications including C2EX, TAHS, RENE, and TACS, and earned my BBA in Finance from the University of Houston. As Owner and Partner of Kings Builders and Kings Private Equity Group, I've led several successful land development projects across Houston.
