He is a member of the Bemidji Lions, Chamber of Commerce, Bemidji Curling Club, and Bemidji Football Boosters.     I recently purchased a piece of land that was originally part of a larger listed tract. This was my first real estate purchase and Harry took time to explain all my questions. He was also helpful in negotiating with the owner for the specific acreage I was interested in. He periodically updated me on the status of my offer and if there was any counter offer from the owner. Harry also made himself available after hours and on the weekends, which was a big help to me. If the opportunity arises, I would gladly deal with Harry again.

    My wife and I were first time home buyers and were very nervous about taking this next step in our lives. Harry was amazing and helped us through it, every step of the way. He was great at responding to our calls and setting up visits to the houses that we were interested in. When we went on our walk throughs, he showed a vast knowledge of each house and he sincerely cared about our wishes, likes, and dislikes in what we wanted for our house. When signing the paper work for our house, Harry stayed late at night, working with us and for us to assure we got the house of our dreams and making our dreams a reality.
