Terrible. I requested a tour of a house online which was followed by a phone call from Kelley. She asked a few questions and began to mock my stuttering. She assumed I wasn't interested in the house and abruptly hung up on me. I typically never have an issue with any type of service. I don't know why I was treated this way.
