Harry was an exceptional realtor and I cannot recommend him enough. When we found our dream home, were still waiting to see if we could break the lease at our current rental property. Harry helped us navigate that circumstance (which he really didn't have to do) and when the dream home accepted another offer, Harry was very reassuring that what's meant to be will be. Luckily for us, the other offer fell through and Harry was immediately on it, getting our offer in first so we wouldn't risk losing it again! Harry will work with you to make your desires a reality. Harry is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When the inspection came back with some unsavory findings, Harry was patient and worked through some tough negotiations with the seller without breaking a sweat. His cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done aEUR" and they did! Harry's promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, and good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I'm not sure how you can have a better agent than Harry and his team. If we ever need to sell our current home, we know exactly who to call when the time comes .

Not only did Harry did an incredible job helping my girlfriend and I get into our first home, but he made it seem easy. He has a great way of maintaining a professional and easy going demeanor and did not once come off as pushy. We got into our dream house under asking price which, as a first time homebuyer, thought might not be possible. I cannot recommend Harry enough and will be using him should we buy in Maryland again.
