We were looking in the Vicksburg market since an old mansion caught my eye and we weren't sure how we would proceed. We contacted Sheila because we saw her on some other listings and she was great at getting the properties we were interested in together for us to view. She even added an extra couple properties that had become available in our price range as additional places to see. I flew out there to view the properties. Her market knowledge and professionalism were great! She wrote up the contract for the house that wasn't even on my list before I came out there and helped us negotiate a good price. Then she got the house inspector to do the inspection and we found the flaws in the house were too much to overcome for us to move forward. We ended up not buying the house because of circumstances out of her control but we will use her in the future when we revisit this market to purchase an investment property. Sheila has great market knowledge! You'll be glad you used her in this market!

Mrs. Shelia did an absolutely phenomenal job helping us find a house! She is extremely knowledgeable about Vicksburg and the entire home buying process. When we moved 1,400 miles away from Vicksburg and had our house on the market the following day, we never had thought that the selling process would be so smooth and stress free. We owed it to Lindsey Gilliland. Lindsey possesses all the good traits that home sellers wish from an agent. She is very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, caring, personable, and excellent at communicating with us on every aspect of the process. She is simply an amazing realtor and human being combined! Throughout the process, Lindsey gave us valuable suggestions and recommendations. We got to know each other well and earned each others trust which is important because of our distance. Lindsey is well aware of the fair market price and really good in negotiations. Even though it was the slower months of real estate sales, our house was only out there for a month and a half before it found the right buyers.
