About Hans Nagrath

Since entering real estate, Hans has enjoyed many achievements and glowing reviews. He had the highest sales volume at his previous brokerage company by his second year in the industry. Prior to real estate, Hans worked at the State House as a District Director for a State Senator, and before that at the Department of Labor as a paralegal intern. He attended Curry College in Milton, Massachusetts, and Richmond International University in London and holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science. Hans lives in East Boston and specializes in the Greater Boston Area including Somerville, Cambridge, Medford, Brookline, and all Boston neighborhoods. Outside of real estate, you can find him out in nature whether it be hiking or mountain biking on the wooded trails surrounding Boston, or soaking up the sun on the beaches of Cape Cod.

Our friend suggested that we hire Hans as our broker. We were very serious about buying our own house, though we were a little worried about the competitive market in our town. It was great working with Hans these last several months! From the very start he made me feel very comfortable, helped lay out the plan and what was going on in terms of where I was in my process, and also answered any questions I had. Additionally, Hans was very patient and helped me talk out what I wanted and did not want in a property and made it as easy of an experience as possible by keeping it fun, but also helping to reduce the stress of the process. It was great getting the automatic listings from the website, but Hans also took the time time personally send out links to places that he thought I'd be interested in or that were private listings. Hans talked me through every step and helped me anticipate what to expect when it was time for a next step. Overall, my experience was fantastic! I am so happy in my new place and if I would not think twice about working with Hans again first the time ever came. Thank you Hans!
