    We worked with Hans and Selling Silicon Valley to purchase our home in Oakland, CA. Hans was an excellent partner throughout every step - initially helping us understand the market, terminology, what to watch out for, then working with us to hone in on the type of property we were looking for, showing us an average of 10 homes per week, and helping us submit competitive offers. His advice was spot-on throughout the process and helped us avoid homes we would have regretted. We particularly appreciated his willingness to drive two hours round trip to show us houses far way from where he normally operates.We purchased a home within the very short time frame we were hoping for (<2 months from beginning the search to closing), and couldn't be happier.
