There are not enough words to describe just how blessed my husband and I are to have worked with Hannah! Moving from another state and not having the time nor resources to visit NE to view homes prior to purchasing and moving, it was a bit nerve wracking but Hannah made us feel so comfortable! She took the time to video chat with us and her honesty about the homes could not be beat! She was incredibly thorough and would point flaws out that we could not see on video. Hannah did an outstanding job selling my mothers home. It was time for mom to downsize to a smaller home and it was an emotional time for her. Hannah was very kind and considerate of her feelings. She was professional and did a great job marketing the house. It sold in one day! She was very easy to work with and prompt getting the inspections set up. Hannah worked with us to purchase a home for our family while we were still living in New York. As you might expect, we were nervous. But Hannah was always a positive force, believing the right house for us was out there. Her commitment was steadfast throughout, for example, the number of virtual showings she took us on exceeded what a buyer could rightfully expect in such situations. She arrived early to each of them and was able to give a sense of the property from being on-the-ground, in addition to the time she spent with the actual tour. We had many Zoom meetings about new listings and then eventually several strategy sessions on making the right offer on the right house. Long story short, we are happily moved in to a home that fits our needs and have Hannah to thank. We recommend her highly.
