Hannah Ludge is by far the best Realitor I have worked with. She is passionate about helping to protect your assets when buying and selling. I have sold and bought multiple properties with her. This most recent one was listed a few months prior to asking her for assistance. She sold it in less than a week for more money despite it being out of her MLS. I won't work with a different Realitor.
