Writing this from our home we closed on a few weeks ago thanks to Hannah to highly recommend her services. From initial contact through closing, Hannah has been a great partner in our first foray into real estate. Hannah has a wealth of industry knowledge, first-hand experience, and local connections (especially relevant in our case as she also calls the same town "home") that were called upon whenever needed throughout our buying process. This was helpful when we were looking at properties, when we were under contract, and even past closing where we've been able to get a few recommendations from her for things we needed to address. She was also helpful in giving us insight into the local government processes as we aren't from NJ originally and didn't have the familiarity. Hannah was responsive, transparent, and supporting throughout the bidding and purchasing processes, including one property we had interest in in which she was representing the seller. Every aspect of our time working together reinforced her professionalism and I wouldn't hesitate to use her in the future on the buyer or seller side.
