Hallie Rand is an outstanding realtor, whom we highly recommend. We contacted Hallie because we were relocating from the east coast. She took the time to understand our needs, communicate with us at length, and work her incredible magic to make it possible for us to have an amazingly smooth long distance home purchase experience every step of the way. When we first contacted Hallie, we had little more than a general idea of where in Colorado we wanted to live. We asked if she would take the time to simply show us around and give us a feel for a number of areas to help us narrow things down. Hallie was so generous with her time, even though we were not on an official house hunting trip (and would not be for an unknown number of months yet). She spent several days with us, showing us houses in a number of towns until we were able to focus on one area in particular. For our actual house hunting trip, Hallie pulled off a minor miracle. She packed nearly two dozen house showings into the couple of days we had available, including getting us back in to see the houses we wanted to see a second time prior to making an offer. Her up-to-the-minute information prevented us from falling into a multiple bidding situation that we had no time for. Her expertise in pointing out little things that might hide big problems, and knowing which builders had the better reputations helped greatly as well. And she treated us with a level of respect we sincerely appreciated. If we did not like a house, there were no attempts to sell us on it anyway. When our offer was accepted, Hallie helped us manage every step of the process, all the way to the closing. We counted on her for recommendations in so many areas, and Hallie came through for us every time. When we simply could not fly out to attend the inspection, Hallie was there for us. We were comfortable that she was doing an excellent job representing us and communicating issues to us. Bottom line - Hallie made a long distance housing purchase a significantly easier and less stressful experience than we ever thought possible, and we could not possibly recommend her more highly.

My husband and I recently moved to Denver from out of State and had the pleasure of working with Hallie Rand to help us buy our new home. She was such a joy to work with and made the whole process fun and easy. She was super accommodating and made herself available to us when we came into town for short periods of time to show us houses. On our first visit, we didnt know what area of Denver we wanted to live in, so she showed us a bunch of different neighborhoods and was very knowledgeable about them all. On our second visit we only had time to come into town for one day and Hallie was such a trooper and didnt blink an eye when we asked her to show us about 15 houses all over town. It was a long day, but we had a blast as Hallie is so nice and fun to work with and very personable and easy to chat with. She always had a smile on her face and didnt seem to mind at all that we were pretty indecisive and unsure about what we wanted. She was patient and never pressured us at all. We could tell that she truly wanted to help us find the perfect home and that she really cares about her clients. We ended up purchasing a home in Platt Park and Hallie made the entire process go smooth and easy. We had a few issues come up and she negotiated the problems right away and made sure that the deal didnt fall through. We feel really fortunate to have worked with Hallie and will definitely call her again if we decide to sell or purchase a new home. My husband and I had such a positive experience working with Hallie that we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Hallie is professional, knowledgable, thorough and truly cares about her clients. We were moving from the East Coast and had a limited window of time (5 days) to see and find a new home. Hallie researched and provided listing information on homes prior to our arrival, kept us current on the housing market conditions and helped inform us of the different communities in the area. Upon our arrival she showed us homes that fit our requirements, needs and interests. She was organized, efficient and spent significant time with us. After we found a home she assisted with the negotiations, contract review and contract execution. She went out of her way to help with our final walk-thru and was present at our closing to offer her expertise. We feel extremely lucky to have selected Hallie as our agent and do not believe we would have found our new home without her guidance, knowledge and patience. We highly recommend her and would not hesitate to refer her to anyone looking for home.

We were out of town buyers. We found out we were moving right before Christmas, and I contacted a few realtors. Hallie was recommended to us from another colleague. I contacted her via e-mail, and she was very responsive (despite some recent oral surgery she had done!).Luckily for us, we were in the Denver area for Christmas visiting family, and she was kind enough to show us houses. She showed houses to us for three days, and Skyped some houses we wanted to see for one day. My husband and I are pretty quick to judge a house, and I appreciated how she would call to try to move up showings at lunch so we could see more in the limited time we were in town.I would say after the first day, she had a good idea of what we were looking for and what we liked and disliked. She was always very helpful and truthful of her opinions on a house (being priced appropriately) and location (was it good for our three young kids). The actual house we ended up purchasing, was a house she had Skyped and told us that we would like. It was the last house we saw on the last day we wee out in Denver.Hallie always got back to us within a day of us e-mailing, calling, or texting (normally it was within a few hours). She is very detailed oriented and wanting to make sure things are done properly and well (she even picked up dog poop in our final walkthrough that the previous owners had not picked up!). She is great to work with, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home.
