And he stood true to everything he claimed he would do. One of his great assets is honesty. Most of us want honesty but we also want people to confirm our own opinions. Hal will tell you his opinion whether it coincides with your own. This level of honesty is very important because he is the professional and has a deep knowledge of the real estate market. He kept in communications with us and was accommodating to our needs. I found his representation to be one of mutuality and it resulted in a successful sale. He held several open houses and took outstanding photographs of the home including one using a drone to get a bird's-eye view. We don't sell houses often in our lives generally speaking.
