Karen Tyrrell and The Volen Group helped us find and purchase our very first home, all while living out of state. We relocated to Ponte Vedra from the Tri-State area to be closer to family, and since our physical presence was limited, Karen helped by sending pictures, attending open houses, and utilizing video chats. I was taken aback by her dedication to helping us find something we loved. Once we were ready to make an offer and begin negotiating, having limited experience or knowledge of the local marketplace, we put a lot of faith in Karens expertise, and following her advice proved to be a very wise and lucrative decision. During our inspection Karen shared an abundance of knowledge on home maintenance, helped to recommend local services, and was even so thoughtful to bring essentials like chairs and snacks for us. I was shocked at how many steps there were in the closing process, but here is where the entire team at The Volen Group shined as multiple team members stepped up to make it seamless and ensure everything went smoothly (special thanks to Gwinn and Kara!). Even when Karen had to step away for a few days due to a previously-planned family engagement, Gwinn stepped in and treated us like family. This group is high class through and through, yet also incredibly down to earth and welcoming. In a business world where inconsistency and unresponsiveness are ubiquitous, the Volen Group stands apart as extremely competent and diligent. I'm so fortunate to have found them and am confident others will have a similar experience.

My move was wonderful from beginning with Karen to ending with Kara. The fun aEURoeshoppingaEUR? with someone as easy as Karen was stress free and appreciated. Then the hard part comes with documents, steps to check off and papers to review. Kara was so awesome. I cant forget Jen, so patient helping me find a missing document.
