Working with Gwen was such a pleasure! We were first time home buyers and we couldn?t have been happier working with Gwen. She was referred to us by another couple who also had a wonderful experience working with her. Gwen was very proactive with sending us listings based on our search criteria. She didn?t hesitate to take us on home tours over the weekend or weekdays, even with just a few hours? notice. She was very helpful with all the paperwork, answering our questions, providing guidance and was always available if we needed anything ? in addition to all that, she is extremely kind. Selling our parent?s home after they passed away in 2019 was difficult for my family. Sherry and Gwen made the process so much easier by taking away a lot of the stress of listing the home. They both provided information and guidance throughout the process which we truly appreciated. In several instances, they saved us time and money along the way by sharing their knowledge of real estate rules, as well as their extensive contact base of professionals when some work was required on the house prior to listing it. Even though there were a few instances when I had to contact Sherry and Gwen at odd hours they always responded promptly with a helpful reply. I was never left hanging, waiting for a response.
