Our experience working with Guy Williams was great. He helped us sell my in-law's house in The Villages after they both passed. We were so overwhelmed at first living 12 hours away knowing we were going back to The Villages only one time to prepare the house to be sold. We have never met a Real Estate person that is as good as Guy. There is not one thing that we can complain about. Always there when we contacted him. We have purchased 9 homes in several cities and not one Realtor has come close to matching Guy. It was by coincidence we chose him.
