I recently bought my first home, and Guy Johnson & Cristy Silverman made the process super easy! Ive contacted them directly through Zillow to set up a tour for a listing. I talked to Cristy over the phone - she was super friendly and made it easy to schedule a time for the tour. On that planned tour, I met with Guy. I had a few real estate agent recommendations from friends and coworkers, but I decided to work with Guy and Cristy after talking & meeting with them. I liked them because they seemed genuine and cared to help their clients more than just making the sale. Since it was my first time going through the process, I wanted to work with people I could trust and be comfortable with. Considering how hot the housing market is, I expected the process of finding and buying a home to take a long time. However, with the combination of good agents and a little bit of luck, I have found the perfect place (it was the 3rd listing Ive toured) and was able to purchase it with no complications. Throughout the process, both Guy and Cristy were super helpful and informative. There were many things that I did not know, but they were able to educate me, share their thoughts, and still let me be in control of all the decisions. They also did a great job handling the communication and status updates between the seller, the title company, and the mortgage lender.
