Introduction: Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Gustavo Mendoza (Gus). My real estate career began at a very young age when I became involved in remodeling homes. I saw the potential in restoring older homes and bringing them back to life. I helped turn houses into homes and properties into investments. My passion and enthusiasm in homes launched my career. My passion eventually led to the opening of his own brokerage, Freedom Investment (FI) Properties. After several years of being a successful broker, Gus closed FI Properties to focus more on my clients. I enjoy the one on one contact with my clients that I did not get as broker. Being at Exit Strategy Realty gives me the freedom to work more with his clients. My Dedication is to find the right property for my clients. My expertise in every aspect of the industry from representing sellers, buyers, and investors to working with the banks (loan officers), title companies, cities, townships and villages. From beginning to end, I make sure that their deals close. I seek to bring peace of mind by communicating every detail of the transaction, from the first phone call to the signing of the documents at closing. Gus was absolutely amazing. He made the entire selling process so easy. From start to finish he was the most professional, responsive, knowledgeable and honest realtor I have ever worked with. I can tell you Gus is the guy for all your realtor needs for the following reasons:Hes so genuine, honest, respectful, prompt, knowledgeable and kind. As a first-time home buyer it can be an overwhelming experience not knowing what youre getting into and he was great about explaining what to always look for anytime youre in a home for the first time. He will quickly point out anything to look for and explain all of the steps thoroughly in a way that you understand. We looked and we looked and he was so patient, to him its not about the money, its about finding a house to make your future home and fit your needs. Most importantly, he is brutally honest. As a home buyer you want to know that you can trust your realtor (that they are not just trying to sell you) he will tell you if the asking price is high or low. He will tell you what he believes its a great offer. He will tell you about the area because the man does his research. If you want someone that will really be on your side, get you the best price, that you can ask a zillion questions and he is always happy to answer, someone that you can honestly trust. Gus is your guy!

Gustavo is a nice and great guy. He would always make time for my wife and I to look at houses, even if it was just to take a quick look. He was always knowledgeable and if he didnt have the answer and would search and find out for you. He made us feel like he was a part of our family. I would definitely reccomend him to somebody else.
