My husband and I are first time home buyers and barely knew where to begin this house hunting journey. We received a referral for Gustavo from some friends who said he was amazing and they were right! He made things super simple for us from the start, connected us with a wonderful mortgage loan person, and really helped guide us the whole way. First home buyers, those who already have one but want more, sellers and, honestly, anyone who does not have a realtor and need one, look no further! A former co-worker of mine recommended Jenni and Gustavo to me a year ago referencing their robust approach and I cannot be happier with them. They are truly the best and here is whyaEUR| I started my condo search last year aEUR" we visited a few homes but my heart was not there. Despite unsuccess Gustavo and Jenni remained super supportive, sweet and stayed in touch until we found the perfect home this April. Not only they created customized search for me (in-unit laundry was the must), but also they periodically checked on me sharing latest news and trends in the real estate world. If I found a potential condo of interest on Zillow but needed more details, I would simply forward them the link and would have a full break down on the property in less than an hour. All ins and outs aEUR" hidden fees and stipulations. I did not even need to waste time on viewing! Their response speed is out of this world. Once I finally made up my mind, we viewed a few properties and settled on the one. Funny story during viewing aEUR" as female homeowner, safety is a big factor for me. While I was in the living room of the condo, Gustavo pulled me aside and mentioned, aEURoehey there is a best western next door, be aware and lets walk that area after to see if it is safeaEUR? aEUR" great point, I have not even paid attention to it yet ! I walked to the bedroom where Jenni was and she then pulled me aside and pointed out the best western!! I swear they share telepathic ability and are in complete sync when it comes to the clients needs!! To add to this, I am also not a huge elevator fan and wanted to take stairs to the garage, but did not see any. Gustavo literally drove to the new property, walked every single staircase, draw me a little map where I can access stairs and inquired with HOA if it was a possibly for me to get a key to the staircase leading to the garage. If you are also looking for the great customer service aEUR" look no further as these guys can definitely WOW you! As a first-time home owner, escrow, negotiation, inspections were extremely overwhelming to me. Jenni and Gustavo seamlessly walked me through each step giving me realistic heads up of what followed next, which was truly appreciated. They also recommended the loan officer, insurance agents, general contractor, you name it.. they literally know everyone with quality service and everyone else knows them. Very well-connected team that takes care of any of your needs. Front the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! And once I make enough money to buy another place, I am definitely not looking anywhere else as I found the best in business professionals.

My husband and I recently closed on a condominium purchase this summer. Gustavo and Jenni helped us sell our condo in San Diego (Rancho Bernardo). We talked to a few realtors, who were great, but Gustavo and Jenni stood out. Just the information/packet they presented to us blew all the other realtors out of the water. Right away we could tell that they were very organized, on top of everything, and prepared to take on whatever curve balls were thrown at them. This meant a lot to us because our goal was to move out of state and there were a lot of moving parts and unknowns. They both spent time with us to learn how we thought, what what important to us and what we needed in a realtor. They continued to be highly communicative and caring throughout the selling process and went out of their way to help us with staging, talking me down when I was stressed, listening to our concerns, and keeping us on a good timeline. I wanted honest advice and multiple backup plans and that is exactly what we got. They play on each other's strengths and it works.They really do care about their clients and made us feel like family. If you decide to work with them, I'd tell you to trust their judgement because they really do have your best interest in mind. I highly recommend them and if we ever decide to move back to SD, they would be our first phone call!
