If we had a question, he told us to text him or call anytime. He was responding to our texts at night, in the morning, on weekends. And he got back to us very quickly, usually within the hour or sooner. He walked us through every step of the process, as we were first time home buyers. He told us best practices and gave us the run down about the buying and selling process. He even talked us through our moving plan and gave suggestions of where to get certain appliances. He was also very kind to us throughout the process, and we got to know him. Because of his quick replies, we were able to snag the home we wanted, our dream home!
