Gus was an expert in the process and so on point for my spouse and I. From the moment we reached out to him, he was incredibly responsive. If we had a question, he told us to text him or call anytime. He was responding to our texts at night, in the morning, on weekends. And he got back to us very quickly, usually within the hour or sooner. He walked us through every step of the process, as we were first time home buyers. He told us best practices and gave us the run down about the buying and selling process. He even talked us through our moving plan and gave suggestions of where to get certain appliances. He was also very kind to us throughout the process, and we got to know him. Because of his quick replies, we were able to snag the home we wanted, our dream home! My wife and I finally decided to pull the trigger on buying a house.. and to be honest, we were in over our heads and had no idea about the process.. But luckily for us, we found Gus.. another agent could have taken advantage of our lack of knowledge, but Gus treated us with honesty and respect... he answered every question we had (and I had a lot).. Gus made this process exciting instead of being full of anxiety..... also, when we would send him a list of houses we wanted to see, he didn't hesitate to set them up and by just a couple days later, we saw them all.......
