Gus Jacinto is just amazing! My husband and I contacted him when we decided to sell our house. Gus brought a packet over with all the possible comps and explained to us what would be our best case scenario and what we should list our house for. He explained everything that would and could happen once we accepted an offer. He was very thorough when he was explaining the process to us.
