Gus Gospodinov

I have been selling real estate since 2001. For the past eighteen years I have worked with a long list of clients and helped them buy, sell and rent properties. I pride myself on putting my clients' satisfaction above all. I do not like to pressure my clients but I take an active role in achieving their objectives. I am a tough negotiator and have achieved excellent results for my clients in the past. I have lived in the Washington, DC area, in DC and in Maryland, for 26 years and I know the market well. I have worked for Weichert Realtors, Avery Hess, REMAX and I am currently with one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the region, Fairfax Realty. I am a member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors and the Metropolitan Regional Information System which guarantees my buyers immediate access to hundreds of new properties on the market while enabling my sellers exposure to a large national network of buyers.

In 1998, I graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Finance. My finance education allows me to help my clients interpret complex financial information and use it to their advantage.

When I work with a client I try to make the whole experience of buying or selling a home as easy as possible and help him or her every step of the way. Your home is most likely your largest investment and I know what's behind the money you have earned. That is why all my experience and capabilities are focused on one objective: to help you invest wisely. My advice to my clients is based on research, intellect and hard work, a practice which has helped many people I have worked with.
