Gus Bergs

A Colorado Native who grew up in Fort Collins, Gus played competitive hockey at NCYH from age 5 through the end of high school. He attended Colorado State University where he studied Business Management and Landscape Architecture. Prior to his career in Real Estate he spent 9 years as a sales consultant for a beer, wine and spirits distributor out of Denver where he was consistently recognized as a top performer. In his Real Estate career, Gus has experience working with all types of Buyers and Sellers, and specializes in properties for fix & flip, or rental investor clients. In his free time time Gus enjoys playing hockey, golf and has a passion for health and fitness.
