His knowledge of the market, marketing skills, and the way he approaches the home selling on an analytical level is something I have never seen. I could tell Gus was a busy guy, but he always took the time to give regular updates and teach what he had researched about the local market, National markets, and most importantly what his hunches were. I truly believe this house would still be on the market had I not had Gus as my realtor. Once we had a contract, Gus was quick to share his knowledge (he takes the time to continue to take classes on contracts and keeps up with the new rules as they come.
