Guillermo Salas

Guillermo runs one of the top producing teams in the Philadelphia region and is owner of the Realty One Group Legacy brokerage with locations in Center City Philadelphia, the Main Line and South Jersey. The Salas Team has sold over more than 1000 homes and investment properties. Guillermo has been selected as one of the NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agents in the Nation numerous times.

Prior to joining Realty One Group, Guillermo spent over 11 years as a transactional attorney with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and a large privately held global marketing company (serving as General Counsel). Guillermo is also a highly experienced real estate investor and manages a multi-million dollar portfolio of properties. As a seasoned real estate broker, attorney and investor, Guillermo is uniquely positioned to meet his clients' real estate needs by being able to draw on a wide array of highly-developed skills, including unsurpassed customer service, negotiation, sales, management and training experience.

Guillermo is a native Philadelphian. He is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and volunteers for many local charitable organization , including acting as an Alumni Mentor at Saint Joseph's Preparatory High School. Guillermo also volunteers his time as a member of the St. Peter the Apostle School Advisory Board.

Guillermo earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics: Finance and Commerce from Georgetown University, graduating Cum Laude; and his Juris Doctorate from University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as a Member of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
