ZillowVERIFIEDGuido's service went way above and beyond what could be expected to make a very difficult sale easy for me. Since I was an absentee owner he diligently dealt with my tenants on my behalf, making them feel comfortable with the process and getting them to move out without a fuss. He coordinated showings with the tenants and potential buyers, helped with cleaning and some repairs at the house . He even moved some things for me with his truck and took a load of gently used household items to Goodwill! In terms of pricing my home he was spot on. I think he called the sales price to the Dollar. He is a true professional who knows his stuff! I've used Guido 4 times for my real estate transactions over 20 years and will certainly use him again when the time comes...

ZillowVERIFIEDGuido did a great job once again. He was on it the moment we agreed to work with each other on this sell. We were in the midst of cleaning the house out and Guido got the best possible photos highlighting the all the good points of the property even though our intent was to sell as is. He got the listing up within the day and an open house the following day of our signing. We were in Escrow within 3 days and even though that fell out within the first two weeks Guido got an additional open house quickly arranged. As a result of his action, we were able to pick from many strong offers which conclude our eventual sell. Guido was thorough in all his dealings and paperwork along with being firm and writing a letter on our behalf when the negotiations required it. We are completely satisfied with Guido and would highly recommend him for your buying or selling home needs.
