My decision to become a Realtor is the realization of a long-term goal of mine. I have lived in the Fresno area for over a decade and have been a part of the Central Valley for most of my life. At 18, I began with a Title Company, quickly receiving promotions first in Escrow then Sales working directly with both residential and commercial brokers. I regularly exceeded company and personal goals but more importantly gained an appreciation for the importance of listening to my clients needs and delivering what they wanted. For me, being successful has always been the only option. At 27, I began my first venture as a business owner ultimately owning and operating multiple locations and managing over 150 employees. After 10 years of success and personal life changes I made the decision to sell my business and move on to the next adventure. This experience helped me nurture an entrepreneurial spirit that I believe will enhance my experience as a Realtor and my clients experience with me. I then began a position as an Administrative Manager with a local General building contractor with over 30 years experience in the Fresno area who specializes in new Construction and remodeling in both the Residential, Commercial and Agricultural area. I found that my previous experience helped me quickly learn and become an integral part of the team. I have been able to expand my knowledge of the housing market and will be able to provide a broader level of support to my clients. My determination and dedication to success will be key to guiding the buying or selling process, whether it is with residential or commercial property or a land purchase/sale.
