After living near Seattle, Washington for most of my life, my family moved to Southern New Hampshire for my husband's job in 2008. He is a Navy Veteran pilot that needed a manageable commute to Logan airport. In addition, we needed a town that had a wonderful school district for our two kids. We love our school district and have had fabulous success with the special education program. We didn't know a single person when we moved across country. I have built my real estate business from the bottom up utilizing my ability to connect well with others and my extensive knowledge with the local real estate market.

My personal experience with buying and selling has also helped shape how I negotiate, market, and help my buyers. I have personally bought new construction homes, existing homes, done flips, investment properties and rentals. Learning by doing has helped me to understand both sides of a transaction and gives me the advantage of knowing what to expect and possible surprises that can arise. With multiple transactions under my belt I am able to write offers that stand out in a multiple offer situation to beat out those dreaded multiple offer situations.

When listing a home, first impressions are everything. Utilizing my team of professionals and my eye for staging, I am able to help my Sellers create an amazing marketing campaign to help them get top dollar.
