Greg was very knowledgeable on ways to make our offer on our home more competitive. He was always there to answer our questions before, during, and even after the purchase of our home. He always responds rapidly. I dont think I ever waited more than 15-20 minutes for a response. Many times he would respond within 5 minutes. He made the process really feel like he was a friend trying to help us find a dream home. From day 1 Greg made it clear that he was going to help us find our new home and that the interactions between Greg my wife and I wouldn?t be just a business transaction. I could not imaging buying a home without Greg. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped me make informed decisions throughout the entire process. He will always answer a text or call no matter what time it is; although I tried my hardest not to bug him during non-business hours. His assistance during the negotiation process was vital; his recommendations on what was fair and appropriate were critical in the final deal that was accepted for the property. We walked away feeling like we made an excellent deal and got extra perks for our money. Greg is nice, funny, patient and understanding. He is also a strong advocate when it comes to working with the sellers salespeople and attorneys. I didnt know Greg when I found him on FB looking for a house.....since then weve developed into fast friends and we couldnt be happier with his expertise as a realtor! With todays market its taken some time to finally find and win the bid on a dream home. We had lots of highs and lows along way in a sellers market but Greg kept us positive that the perfect home was still out there to be gotten.
