I helped a young couple who had been living in the U.S. for a very short time move from a tiny no bedroom place on the side of a house into a 2 bedroom place along with the wife's mother who had just been living in the U.S. from Cuba for less than a week. The husband is from Paraguay and has been living in the U.S., with a job, for less than 4 months. The wife, from Cuba, has been living in the U.S. for a little over a year if I remember correctly. Then of course the wife's mother. Who have not seen each other for many years and has now been reunited with each other and will live here together for the rest of their lives. We shared Cuban Coffee at the closing.

5 years ago I got tired of working in a building and wanted to be outside going from Cuban Cafe to Cuban Cafe throughout Miami building relationships and doing business in real estate.
