    Greg talked to the local HOA to find out requirements for selling. He helped us to separate serious buyers from those who were low-balling and not so serious. He was objective to ensure we saw the big picture as we negotiated the sale with the final buyer. He would also help us to understand the process during the COVID limitations. Greg was great; I recommend him to be your realtor!!

    Greg is awesome. He is there for you and will work hard to help sell your home. He is willing to take care of a lot of time consuming aspects of selling or buying. He helped us out with inspection items that needed to be done by showing up with his tools ready to help, he was on call at 9pm for a last minute emergency before closing. Overall, I would highly recommend Greg for your home selling and buying needs, he will not let you down!
