A She met with us promptly, was fair on her commission, had researched and studied comps to determine market value and suggested listing price, and recommended certain improvements to the house to make it more attractive and eliminate potential issues. She showed up prepared and remained in communication with us throughout the entire process. A She responded to our calls, emails, and texts promptly. A She knew and understood the nuances of the housing market in the state and local area, and plainly laid out the sales process we were about to go through. A We strategized frequently and always knew what each other was doing. A She also had a list of good RI real estate lawyers for my son to hire for legal issues and documentation for closing. She even on her own hired an electrician to repair a defunct outdoor light fixture and a locksmith to repair an original door lock.
