I needed to sell my Father's home after he had passed away and Greg was recommended to me. Right from the first conversation I knew I had made the right choice. We were interested in learning more about a property that didnt have many photos posted and it was on the market for a long time. When he finally responded to us and our realtor, it seemed like we were inconveniencing him. If you say the house isnt worth it then why are you selling it? If you dont want to talk about it, the description should be updated stating its a full rehab, what it needs, and the options are cash or rehab loans. Was surprised he basically said aEURoejust walk around the propertyaEUR?. But I dont want to trespass! Didnt want to schedule a showing, beat around the bush when we asked for additional photos. The entire experience was just very strange and nerve racking.

Greg helped us find our first home. He was very knowledgeable about all areas we looked at and the surrounding areas and schools and businesses.
