Greg made an emotionally difficult process logistically easy. He was transparent, extremely available, and no question was too small. He took his time explaining how things worked. He was frank about what we needed to do to get the house ready and patient when we needed more time. Upfront, he set expectations with us on how he worked so I knew exactly how he would be. We wanted to work with someone knowledgeable, competent and thorough. He was exactly that - in addition to being kind and even-keeled with 2 people going through something very tough.
