Gregg Bunker

Gregg Bunker isn't your typical Silicon Valley success story. He didn't invent the chip or the iPhone. He didn't start his business from a garage. What he did, was sought opportunities and took risks. If anyone knows the Bay Area, it's Gregg. Gregg's parents were in the real estate industry when he was growing up in the area. He saw first hand how things worked back then - when orchards and fields were quickly turning into neighborhoods. Always an entrepreneur at heart, Gregg has not only had successful business ventures, but he also gave opportunities to many Silicon Valley residents and business people over the years. You may remember the iconic business office on Camden Avenue in San Jose from the eighties. That building once housed an Intero real estate office which Gregg built from scratch into one of the most successful real estate offices in the South Bay. Later, he opened a Wolf Camera location for photo services. Now in it's most recent evolution, 1900 Camden Ave is home to Silicon Valley Business Center, BRG Realty Corp, Bunker Wealth Management, Silicon Valley Property Management Group and hundreds of entrepreneurs and small businesses who enjoy sharing the professional space he provides. His current roles allow Gregg to help many people. From budding and experienced real estate agents, to tenants in the building and anyone interested in learning and growing their investment portfolios. He is a "connector" of people - always introducing people to each other, and encouraging business relationships from SVBC. He hosts epic networking mixers where professionals can meet and mingle in a relaxed environment with good food, drinks and entertainment. His generosity for promoting opportunities for others sets him apart from most businessmen. Gregg is also involved in community events around the Silicon Valley, getting to know others and help out where he can. One of his favorite nonprofit organizations (incidentally NOT named after him) is Bunker Labs, a group focused on helping Veterans find and utilize business resources to help them achieve their business goals. In addition to his passion for growing businesses and helping others succeed, Gregg enjoys spending time with his kids and grandchildren.
