Greg Willis

Owner Greg Willis was born in Granbury, just off the square in 1962. Greg grew up fishing Lake Granbury with his dad and grandad, and dove hunting in the fields of Mambrino, while living in Ft. Worth. He graduated from Weatherford High School, before receiving a double major at Houston Baptist University. He went on to earn a Masters degree from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth and has spent 20 years in professional ministry as a Youth Minister and as a Pastor, at seven different churches. Greg got his start in real estate in 1997 in the highly competitive market of Summit County, Colorado, which is home to the world class resort towns of Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain. Leaving the local RE/MAX office, Greg started his own company in 1999. By 2001, he was one of the leading Realtors in the county. Greg was consistently in the top 1% of the 600 Realtors in the association in the number of listings sold, on an annual basis. He sold his business in 2005 to move back to Texas, so he and his wife, Dawn, could be closer to their parents, and their children could be closer to their grandparents. Greg and Dawn changed their business name to TexasRealEstateSavings.com in 2014. Dawn grew up near the Texas ship channel in Deer Park. She graduated from East Texas Baptist University and spent 5 years teaching public school, before resigning to raise a family. She then home schooled their two children, and equipped each of them for successful college experiences. Both are now married, living in Texas. Dawn got her real estate license in 2001 while working in the resort area of Keystone / Breckenrdge, Colorado. She is known for her exceptional level of service that she gives to her clients. Dawn has excellent organizational and people skills, and loves walking her clients through the transaction process. She has a tremendous ability for watching all the minute details of a transaction, while guarding her client's best interests.
