He met with us at various hours of the day and at various locations, without much notice from us, even agreeing to stay with us later in the evening to better accommodate our work schedules. When selecting a realtor, we worried that they might pressure us into spending more money than we wanted. Greg never gave us an ounce of pressure, even though our budget itself was on the lower side. He helped us negotiate an appealing price for the house. He stuck with us through the closing process, making sure we were aware of what we needed to do at all times and when things were due. He was very personable. Since my husband and I were brand new to the home buying process, Greg looked out for us - we knew he wouldn't let us make unwise decisions when purchasing a house. We have already recommended Greg to my in-laws, and we will continue to recommend him to anyone else in the area looking for a reliable realtor.
