Greg Stutsman

Greg is a native of the Pioneer Valley and continues a nearly 40-year family tradition in real estate started by his mother, Ellen. A graduate of UMass who studied linguistics and Japanese, he found this area and the family business to be the perfect thing to return to after living and studying in Oxford and Tokyo. Greg has had a lifelong entrepreneurial spirit, expressed through his founding and co-ownership of several other local businesses which include Andiamo, The Quarters, and Kaiju. He has also served on many local boards and committees with a focus on housing and planning issues, including the Amherst Planning Board, Amherst Housing & Sheltering Committee, Amherst Municipal Affordable Housing Trust Fund, UMass/Amherst Town/Gown Steering Committee, and the University - Town of Amherst Collaborative. His specialties include residential as well as commercial property sales, small business planning, zoning, and affordable housing.
