About Greg Schubert

I was born and raised in Northwest Ohio. I am a proud graduate of Ayersville High School and Bowling Green State University. I'm married with three grown children and three granddaughters. I had a wonderful 32-year career within the government contract industry and worked with many people in resolving discrepancies and performing financial analysis. I love meeting new people and getting to build relationships. I entered the Real Estate field in 2020 to fulfill that need. It has been a FANTASTIC second career. I enjoy the excitement of closing day as buyers and sellers alike realize that we were able to help achieve a goal. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.

We started looking for a home in April/May and got matched with Greg. We all kind of instantly clicked as we walked through the first home we looked at. He was super informative when it came to all the questions we had about the home and his opinion on the home as well. He always came handy with a flashlight so we could look in the basements, crawl spaces, and attics and would even sometimes go in there with us! We looked for a home for 7 months and even gave up a few times because we couldnt find the home for us. Greg sent me homes everytime something popped up in our price range and location. His office and home was 45 minutes from us and where sometimes we looked at houses and he drove all that way sometimes to just look at one home. He worked with us and helped us the best he could and more than I feel like most realtors would. As first time home buyers and being as young as we are, we went to him with all of our questions when it came to the loan and everything in between. We could call him anytime we needed him and he was there. I feel like at the end of our stressful experience buying a home, hes almost like family to us. Hes a great realtor, has great energy, and is super informative when it came to everything with buying a home to why certain things were in homes and this and that and the other. Hes a great a guy and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Greg was a great help and was very patient with us, he always touched basis with us, worked with our schedule to look at houses, was there for us every step of the way, and was always honest with the houses we looked at, we will be in touch with him and will be working with him in the future

Greg's advice on the purchase of the home was greatly appreciated. There were already 3 other offers on the house, so we had to think strategically. He was very attentive to all our requests for viewings and helped the buying process move quickly. When the closing date got pushed back, Greg was able to get permission for us to move in our vehicles by the original agreed upon closing date. After takind possession, we recieve a very nice house warming gift from Greg.
