There are a lot of South Florida realtor options. Choosing Greg and Charli Lynn was the key to selling our home quickly, painlessly and above asking price. Greg started off the process with providing us with a detailed and accurate analysis of our listing. We had a few questions, but all were answered honestly and promptly. We met Charli when it was time for photos to be taken of our home. She was helpful and kind, ensuring that the process went smoothly. We were fortunate that the house showed well, there was lots of interest and Gregs advice on pricing caused our home to sell in a couple of days with multiple offers. Both Greg and Charli continued to support us through the process and made sure we understood everything, culminating to a stress-free close. In the end, there were very few bumps in the road and any question or concern brought up by us or the buyer was handled by these experienced realtors.
