Mr. Gysin handled the sale of my elderly mother's property which was in a special zoning area so the sale was not an easy one. Mr. Gysin kept me advised of the offers and finally when an offer came in which was favorable to my mother, I and my siblings agreed to it. Throughout the long time involved with the listing, Mr. Gysin was always available to answer my questions and also took the time to keep me updated. I highly recommend Mr. Gysin and his team.

Greg and Judy took the time needed to listen to us and to deal with the details. Many companies rely solely on online selling techniques and Greg and Judy are good at the online side of things, but what makes the difference with them is that they understand that -what many consider "outdated" methods of realty- still make the difference. In addition to working online, by all modern means, Greg and Judy also do what so many realtors forgo now. They canvas the neighborhoods. They put up signs in ways that actually pull in traffic and people through signage alone. They take the time to talk with people at length. They believe in and take seriously the role of open houses and go a step beyond by having a financial consultant present. They show up at in-person events, like signing with the title company. If you want the mix of online AND in-person, on-the-ground work, you will get that with Greg and Judy. You won't with many other current real estate agents. Greg and Judy are a great team together!

We met Judy at an open house for the house we ultimately purchased. I was so impressed that when we decided we wanted to actually start the process, she is the only realtor we called. She and Greg were kind, patient, and attentive. They got everything done quickly and efficiently, quicker than we actually were prepared to move, but they made it almost seamless. Judy stayed in close communication during the entire process and Greg was very helpful in discussing structural and cosmetic issues with each house we viewed. I never felt like they were in it just to make a sale. They genuinely want you in a house you'll love. 10/10 We'll definitely call them when we're ready to sell.

Went the extra mile and sold previous home during an open house... and it was on my birthday (was an added gift!!!) Got us the offer to sell our old home... the day before our deadline needed for the new house purchase... and helped us through the entire process.... professional rockstars throughout!! Even came by the new house to bring keys and remote 2 weeks after closing... a huge above and beyond for customer service!!! Wouldn't hesitate to ever sell/buy again with them.....if I were to ever consider moving again.
