Lori has done it again. We first met Lori in 2018 when she was referred to us by a friend. You should understand, we are not investors but have purchased and sold a number of homes in New Jersey, and we for many years had used the same realtor there. Coming to SC we were not sure who could help us through the process. We hit paydirt with Lori. Professional, kind, a great negotiator, a great listener and most of all open minded. In 2021 we purchased a condo with her help for our mom and she was right there. We sold it a year later and of course she was great. We are now purchasing a new home again and as well as list our home, she makes the process go so smooth, that house was under contract in less than a week. Make sure that you look at all of the recent sales. You must compare the benefits and features of each property and make sure you do not overpay.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Make sure you choose a real estate who has an aggressive marketing strategy. Anyone can put a listing in the MLS...you need an agent who knows how to create demand and get you the top price.
