Greg and I have been friends for several years. We told Greg we werent going to be selling for a couple more years but he gave us several good explanations as to why we should sell our house sooner rather than later. We decided to go look at some new houses just for fun but ended up finding one we really liked. The price lowered and we knew we had to have it.
