ZillowVERIFIEDGreg is the funniest, kindest, most patient realtor you could ever work with. He listens to his clients, and goes to work to find the house that meets his clients needs perfectly. From the minute Greg took me on as a client, he knew it was going to be a challenge because of my budget. But due to the death of my aunt, I received some money which allowed me to up my budget considerably, making it a little easier to find a house. After only looking at 4 houses, I found the house that was a perfect match for everything I wanted. As soon as I told Greg I wanted to go put in an offer, he went to work. In the process of getting the offer put together, my original mortgage broker had left his company and that put my pre-approval in jeopardy. I immediately emailed Greg, and within 5 minutes, I had a new mortgage company and broker thanks to Greg. Once I was re-preapproved, Greg got me the offer contact, which I signed and we got sent to the seller. The seller and the owners played around with us for a week, but finally accepted my offer. I had a friend who was an house inspector, so Greg met with him and got the inspection done. Some mold was found in my bedroom closet and Greg himself had it taken care off without charging me for the mediation. Greg came to the closing, which he said was the first one that he had been to in person since the beginning of the COVID pandemic. I was quite honored. Greg has kept in touch and has even dropped by a couple of times to see the progress of the work being done. He said he doesnt often get to see what his clients do with the house they buy, so he was honored that he was invited over. Greg is the best of the best. You will not be disappointed if you use Greg as your realtor. He always has his Clients best interest at heart. Its not just another sale or commission for Greg, he truly loves what he does and puts his clients first.
